There’s a point in your life that you start to question, what can I do better to improve my life not only at work but in terms of being happy and have the feeling that you are doing something worthwhile.
Is good to be in a good relationship with your partner, with your family and friends. Is good to be feeling good about yourself and wake up ready to hit the day with a big smile on your face.
But life is not so simple, there are constant obstacles which tend to pull us down and as humans beings, our brain tends to sabotage us every time we try to do something good about ourselves. Is that little voice inside your head that only you hear it, challenging you, questioning you constantly, whether is the right or wrong thing to do.
In order to overcome all this, I have been working on some personal hacks, setting traps to my mind, exercising in a way that whenever something bad stumble upon my path, I face it, go around it or completely ignore it and so far so good it has served me with so much great achievements that I could write here over 10K words and still won’t be able to describe everything.
Obviously is down to each one experience, and it may have worked well for me, after countless battles, and still a constant battle every day, but one thing I can say, it is hard at the beginning, but once you break through the 60 to 90 days habit milestone it gets easier and even when you wake up and accidently kick the bed with your small little foot finger, your day still going to be great. Trust me, I’ve been there and done that and now I live a life full of joy and happiness.
